The Financial Counselor at Tri-Cities Cancer Center will work with each patient to:
- Create a plan which addresses the financial challenges they may be experiencing
- Connect patients with community resources and programs intended to help alleviate some of these financial stresses
- Assist with insurance issues and cancer policies
- Address overall financial needs or concerns for insured and uninsured patients
