A Phase III International study for persons with early stage Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer who are not surgery candidates. The cancer will be treated with Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT) followed by the randomized, double blind, placebo-controlled use of Durvalumab (immunotherapy).
