In the comfort of your own home, learn how to prep nourishing and delicious dishes, taught by Kyle Thornhill of Tsunami Catering, former executive chef of Mills College and manager of catering for the Oakland Raiders football team.
Who is this for? Everyone in the community!
What’s the cost? $200 for the entire series. Individual classes are $60.
Includes One Bite at a Time Cookbook; Apron, Freezer Bag and Main Ingredients (spices and other common ingredients found in
most kitchens will not be supplied).
A supply list will be sent once registration is complete for common ingredients you’ll need to have on hand.
Dishes for each class (Classes are from 5:30-7 p.m.):
- Roasted Chicken with a Seasonal Couscous (February 3rd)
- Turkey Patties with a Spinach Orzo with Pine Nuts and Feta (February 17th)
- Lemony Chicken with Capers and Kalamata Olives with Mashed Cinnamon Butternut Squash (March 3rd)
- Grilled Portabella with Mediterranean Lentil Salad (March 17th)
