Your Tri-Cities Cancer Center in partnership with the Benton-Franklin Health District are providing a virtual community education class tohighlight what you need to know about HPV vaccination including debunking common myths and answering your questions.
The Human Papillomavirus (HPV) is a very common virus spread through intimate contact and there is no routine test to detect it. An estimated 80 million individuals in the US carry the virus, with the CDC projecting 14 million new cases every year. It is advised to add the HPV vaccine to your child’s immunization schedule around the ages of 11 and 12 and we know you we want to make the best decisions for them.
