Gentle Yoga

Facilitator: Teena Giulio. Yoga is known for its health and wellness benefits. Join us for a gentle, introductory yoga that can improve posture, stretch your body and relieve tension. At this class you will learn sitting yoga flow and yoga from a stance using a chair for stability. Whether you are a cancer patient, survivor or caregiver, we would like you to try yoga and explore how it can benefit you!
