Mindfulness Meditation for Stress Reduction (Virtual)

Chris from Insight Meditation of Mid-Columbia is offering virtual classes of Mindfulness Meditation for Stress Reduction through the month of May. The classes are still completely free and will be done over the Zoom app. Each class will be Sunday afternoon on May 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th from 1:30 – 3:00 p.m.
Chris Murray of Insight Meditation of the Mid-Columbia will be teaching the classes. He will focus on several different meditation approaches for the development of mindfulness and the reduction of stress. The classes will also include meditations to foster the development of kindness and compassion, and a mindfulness meditation approach for difficult emotions and thoughts known as RAIN. The classes are open to anyone who is interested in meditation. There is no charge for the classes; donations will be accepted.
